Tenant Portal

All rent payments, maintenance requests, and lease documents are handled through our secure online tenant portal.

Through the portal, tenants can:

  • Pay rent online
  • Submit maintenance requests
  • View lease documents
  • Communicate with management

Maintenance Requests

All non-emergency maintenance requests must be submitted through the tenant portal so they can be properly tracked and documented.

If there is an emergency involving immediate safety concerns, major water leaks, fire, or loss of essential services, follow the emergency contact instructions provided in your lease.

We review and coordinate maintenance requests promptly and in accordance with property guidelines.

Rental Criteria

All applicants are screened using consistent standards which may include:

Verifiable income

Income must reasonably support the monthly rent and utilities.

Credit history

Credit is reviewed for patterns of payment and overall risk.

Rental history

Prior rental performance, payment history, and references are considered.

Background screening

Screening may include criminal and other background checks as permitted by law.

Final approval is subject to property owner authorization.
